As a key equipment for paper and film processing, the core function of the rewinding machine is to reprocess the raw paper rolls and make them meet the standards for subsequent processing or direct use through the rewinding process. With the advancement of technology, AC drive systems are gradually replacing DC drives and showing strong development momentum in the papermaking industry.
However, some technical challenges are often encountered during the rewinding process. Among them, a common problem is called "abnormality in the arrangement of paper": even if the core tube length is correct and has been accurately placed on the front track, the automatic tube feeding system fails to push it smoothly to the designated position at the back end, resulting in the accumulation of core tubes and hindering the subsequent automatic tube loading process. In the face of this situation, although there is no abnormality in the instrument control detection, the emergency measures usually taken include manually intervening in the tube loading operation of this batch, adjusting the rewinding parameters (such as changing the width by ±1-2mm), and restarting the system to restore the automatic mode. Such problems recur repeatedly, especially after continuous online adjustments for multiple times, which may point to potential problems in program logic or parameter settings.
Another common anomaly involves "failure to start tube lowering": after confirming that the knife change operation is correct and the core tube is correctly in place, and the sensing system also normally feedbacks the existence of the core tube, the automatic tube lowering process fails to start. The steps to solve this problem usually include restarting the system, manually raising the tube to verify the effect of the knife change, and carefully checking whether the limit device near the tube pusher is interfered by waste paper. Once the cleaning is completed and confirmed to be correct, the automatic tube lowering function can often be restored by accelerating and resetting the operation.
It is worth noting that if the operator negligently raises the tube too quickly during the operation, mistakenly clears the data and starts a new batch when there is already a core tube in the track, it may trigger the protection alarm of the tube pusher motor. At this time, it is necessary to handle it calmly, first stop the paper lowering operation, clean all the core tubes in the track, and then manually reset the tube pusher to the initial state through the touch screen to eliminate the abnormal state.
Based on the above two common abnormal problems, the abnormalities encountered by the rewinding machine during operation need to be dealt with through meticulous operation, timely troubleshooting and necessary parameter adjustments to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the production line.
