1. Function:

Our versatile machine is capable of producing single-layer Kraft paper bottom gusset bags in either a single line or two lines. It comes with various functions, including applying a red strip, creating a rolling easy tear line, incorporating a small turn-up on the flap, accurately dispensing glue on the bag's bottom, and securely sealing the bags.

2. Bag Making Size:

When operating in a single line, the machine can produce bags with dimensions of 450mm (bag width) x 600mm (bag height, including flap).

For two lines production, the bag size is 400mm (bag width) x 350mm (bag height, including flap). The depth of the bottom gusset can reach 30mm, and the machine can simultaneously create two gussets when making small bags.

3. Bag Making Speed:

The machine can achieve a maximum speed of 25 meters per minute, which translates to 50 pieces per minute for bags with a width of 500mm.
