1. The main purpose of this machine is to produce bags using a laminated combination of Kraft paper and pressed bubble paper, adhered together with glue.

2. Bag Making Method: The process begins by loading three layers of Kraft paper onto the unwinding rack. The middle layer of Kraft paper undergoes a bubble-forming procedure using an online bubble pressing machine. Subsequently, the Kraft paper and pressed bubble paper are securely bonded together through fixed point glue spraying. After that, the bag undergoes a second gluing process, followed by folding and cutting, resulting in the creation of environmentally-friendly cushion bags commonly used in the express industry.

3. Advanced Motion Controller Technology: This machine utilizes state-of-the-art multi-point advanced motion controller technology. The entire process, from film unwinding to cutting, is precisely controlled by computer programs.
