KPEB-700-A Model Kraft paper bottom gusset courier Bag Making Machine

The KPEB-700-A model is a specialized machine designed for making Kraft paper bottom gusset glue applied courier bags. In short, it is known as the Kraft paper Courier Bag Machine. This machine is intended to work with single-layer Kraft paper. During the bag-making process, glue is applied to specific areas both crosswise and lengthways on the paper. Subsequently, the paper is heat-pressed and sealed to create the final courier bag, complete with a bottom gusset.

For ease of identification and tracking, a cross width code mark is required on each bag. This mark has a size of 5x40mm. In case printing is not feasible, an alternative solution is provided. An online stamp unit can be installed, which consists of ten stamps in total. Six of these stamps are utilized to create positioning marks for bag width. Three stamps will be installed on the machine, and the remaining three will be sent along with spare parts.

Additionally, four stamps are dedicated to stamping company information on the bags. Two of these stamps will be installed on the machine, while the other two will be included with the spare parts.

By using this machine and implementing the suggested marking methods, efficient production of Kraft paper courier bags with bottom gussets can be achieved.
